Cluny daisy

This cluny daisy is ispirated by Elisa Dusud's creations. The daisy is very similar to her flowers, there are not many ways for variation, only the surrounding and context makes the difference. Have a look at her wonderful creations.

This daisy is very pretty Iris. I must take time out and learn to do clunys!

Your daisy is beautiful! I am amazed at the way tatting designers look at something beautiful and find a way to translate it into a beautiful tatted piece!

The daisy is beautiful!
Beside onion rings, clunys are the other thing that I have not been able to manage in tatting. There are still many things for me to learn.

Iris, I went to the site and her work is exquisite! I looked at page after page and am only stopping because I have to leave. Thank you so much for guiding us there! I can see a whole new explosion in design coming up! I wish I enjoyed making clunies more.

LOL! Here all this time I've only thought of cluny petal as LEAVES, never as PETALS in a flower! I LOVE it!!! Thanks for the link; I'm running right over to take a look.

Hiya Iris, I love both your cluny daisy and your cluny rose. Very pretty both. Yup in order to do clunies you have to practice. I do not think they are all that easy myself...but I guess if I made more of them instead of shying away...I would get better. Seeing your flowers though...your clunies look pretty much perfect to me.
