I made this piece entirely with the wire inserted and I love how it comes out. The joinings between the rings are made with the lock join method with the working thread. After joining I continue with full double stitches, because joining knots remain under the knots of ring or chain. I made the picture big so that you can perhaps see these details.

I designed this pendant in a moment I was very depressed because of the tyring babysitting, cleaning, cooking and what else and the consequent lack of freedom and repressed creativity. I tatted it immediately after my daughter has gone home with her children. Now I have to think about a chain for it. Suggestions are welcome.

Sand, See and Sky

I'm very hard working on my book. My shoulders hurt. I'm working all my patterns following my instructions in surch for mistakes. I redid also this Square Shape pendant in my favorite color, which is sand. So, while I was working the pattern, I reflected on the color and thought: this is really Sand, See and Sky.

The double flower pendant

Fortunately I have a bit of time, so I made this double flower pendant. It was not so easy to find the right way to make it in one pass, putting the bead in the middle of the ring, with the last beaded picot on the outside, but at the end I found the way. I repeatet the whole medallion almost 7 times to get the right shape.
Here it is.

The cross

This is one of my first attempts to work with beads. There are some corrections to make, but I wanted to show it to you. I can only work with beads, when I don't have any of my five grandchildren around me. The oldest, 6 years old Giuditta, want's to make necklaces with my beads and I give her a wire and those beads I don't like so much, and she works and a lot of beads fall on the ground and roll away or disappear on the sofa to reappear later in the mouth of my 1 year old granddaughter Rachele.
