Some suggestion on how to avoid aches

I use a comfortable armchair and a long breastfeedingpillow. I sit in my armchair, and reduce the space around me with the breastfeedingpillow, which I put in the position to feel me back relaxed, and my ellbows also can relax on the sides of the pillow. This position helps me a lot to avoid aches in my back and in my arm.
As I don't have at home a table which can be adjusted in hight, the ironing table is a very helpful solution. I can position it at the right hight for me to work with the beads. I put it in a position where I have to make nearly no movement to take the beeds.
Light is important. I use a light a bit behind me at one side, which throughs the light on my work and not in my eyes. This helps me a lot to work better, when there is not enough sunlight.
Glases and magnifier help, when my eyes are tired. This happens, when I have worked also a lot at the computer. Joanie Culverhouse suggested me to put on two of these glasses, which can be bought at the supermarket, and this magnifies the work. But, I don't know if this does the eyes good and... I will never tell this to my eye doctor, because he will through me out of his studio and never receive me again.

I love the pregnancy pillow and ironing board idea! I have a horrible time getting comfortable. Looks like the expert has perfected a way!

The ironing board! What a good idea for a nice padded table. I tend to sit in "the Grandpa chair" (a huge overstuffed rocking chair), put my feet on a padded footstool, plop my lapdesk down and work that way. Every time I have to get up, something rolls away!
